I do these recordings every now and then to keep a history of some of the techniques I'm trying out.  Hard to remember all the little steps I took if I want to later recreate a technique from memory.  I figured I'd share this one since it pushed me further than I typically go.

The page is from Grimm Fairy Tales #67.  I don't know the penciller's name, but when I do I'll update this.

It took 2 hours and 45 minutes, but the video is sped up 5x, so it's not insanely long.

There is no audio because I'm a dork and forgot to turn off Pandora while it was recording, so YouTube kicked out the audio when it recognized it as copyrighted tunes.

One of these days I'm going to a Gnomon style video tutorial, but I don't feel I have enough good info to offer yet.

Anyway, check it out if you're interested.  --> youtu.be/L8XnEDYsggs

This tutorial was really useful. When I looked at your layers, it looked like you had layer masks on each of the layers for the different articles of clothing. Is that why it looked like you didn't have to worry about coloring outside of the inked lines, or was something else I missed?
